Bought this for my 5 month old granddaughter coming in for her first visit. The car on the track is defective. Amazon was great an offered discount or return. But took 30 minutes to set up and didn't have time to take apart, return, and get new one and put together. Tried to reach company for replacement part. No response to email and no phone number to contact.I spent over 2 hours with battery store and with a friend trying to check wiring etc, but to no avail. Since it was the only mechanical piece though in addition to responsiveness there should be quality control!
