I was waiting over a week for my package to be delivered with 5 texts from the company saying they attempted to deliver my package when I know did not see a single van drive past my property. Now I have to book to a time slot to pick up my package from a depot half an hour away, *** yodel. Also, they do not have a complaints line :)
