Ive been buyong from Naps for about 8yrs. Never had an unsolved issue. Sometimes it takes up to a week for them to update paid/processing. And sometimes the mail to (USA) is 7 weeks but thats due to being held at customs. I did get some junk gear once and threw it out. But im a buisness owner and i understand that the products sold in store will never be %100. Like buying something from Walmart and it breaks, it happens. I can not give them a bad review as they have always done their part. Buying gear on our part is always risky and i will be a Naps customer until I can't anymore
