Rude customer service rep. BTTW want pay to fix broke NEW CRAFTMAN RIDING LAWN MOWER. The transmission belt has twisted and they want fix it. Paid extra for warranty. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY NOT WORTH A DOLLAR,
