We were given a notice about yellow patches in our grass. We're working on correcting this already but what I find frustrating is they have yellow patches of grass in the common areas that they maintain. We also got a notice about weeds. I do realize that some sprang up since my Husband pull them two weeks prior but geez... not everyone here is retired. I will sell my place after a few years living here, this has left me with a huge distaste for the YES communities. User's recommendation: Try to find a place where you own the land.
