This company sells fake, inferior quality products to those advertised. For example they have set up many fake review sites of the Xone phone. This phone does not exist and they will send you a repackaged Oukitel phone that you could have bought at a fraction of the price elsewhere. When I discovered they were fake I asked for a refund, they claimed they had already sent me the product and sent me fake tracking information. They did eventually send it and advised me to refuse delivery and they would refund. I did this and they told me that I had been refunded on 10th December 2019. They have kept up this lie ever since. It is now 55 days later and still no refund.
