Wrong uptade.. Of tracking order

First time delivery person called me. I was busy I din't left the call. On 4th aug 2021. Then I call back to that not answer. On 5th I received call from cc that if I want my order press 1 I did that.. On that day i dent received. On 6th I got msg that i am unavailable out off station.. In tracking order.. And my order was postponed.. I din't received any call on 6th aug.. How can they keep that feedback.. It's already delay.. User's recommendation: Nothing.
