I have gone in every single week to the machesney park illinois optical as I can't see out the bifocal and it causes severe dizzy spells and they refused to exchange them to a pair without the bifocal. 500 down the drains and can't go somewhere else to get a new pair cuz it used my yearly benefits. Horrible service. User's recommendation: Go somewhere to walmart optical instead.
