Wrong payment and account set up. Would like the money to be refunded back to the sender.

Dear madam/sir....I have recently set up this account and have had money deposited into the account from Uk, however I cannot access this money as I'm not a business and mistakenly set up this account thinking I can use it for personal transactions. Is there any way for me to access the money or can it be sent back to the original person who deposited it?....The money was sent to this account given to me by Payoneer.
