Wrong part listed for my vehicle on their website

I ordered a cabin air filter using my Year Make and Model. When it arrived it was the wrong shape and too large. I emailed them (no phone numbers to call for their customer service) and they told me to return the item. I asked in a 2nd email will I get a return shipping and I was told I would need to pay shipping back. Wait a minute, I entered my correct year make and model vehicle and their website showed a list of cabin filters for my vehicle but when it arrived it would not fit and now it's my fault because your website did not list the correct part? I emailed them back to advised their website listed the wrong cabin filter for my vehicle and I shouldn't have to pay return shipping but no return email back (and again no phone number to call which is smart of them to do that). The shipping cost to return the item would be almost the amount for the filter and so I had to cut and modify the cabin filter to fit my vehicle. Terrible customer service from RockAuto.
