i am completely DISSATISFIED with the customer service of this company. Had ordered the Animal Crossing collaboration, used afterpay, was excited to get the products! Was sent the completely wrong order, contacted them same day of the issue and no response. its been about a month, and ive tried to contact them again about the issue. Still have had no response, and am STILL being charged through afterpay for products i NEVER received. pretty pissed and will definitely never be using this company again. User's recommendation: Don’t shop here!!!
