1st time - bad food. Ordered a large order of fried clams. Clams were fried so hard they were inedible. Tried to call the phone# on the receipt and no one answered -gave up 2nd time ordered the 10 pack of white castles for $5.99 and specifically asked for no pickles and no onions. This was on April 25, 2021 at 11:39 pm (kept the receipt this time). I has on the receipt - Sale #[protected], Team member #796 - No Onions and No Pickles. When my husband got home we found both pickles and onions!! Same White Castle that is close to our house which is why we go to that one!! Usually everything is okay but ...will be visiting other WC's in the future
