Wrong items sent.

Hi. I ordered a keyboard and some keycaps. On the website i chose the white keyboard on the selection and i was sent a black one. Also the keycaps that i ordered were wrong, and weren't as advertised. The colours were switched around, and were wrong. Contacted livechat and they didnt help at all and told me to pay for shipping fees. Order number:
