Wrong information when doing on-line booking

Booking ZA08880751 No where on your website or ticket does it indicate that a return ticket is compulsory. We booked a one-way ticket from Johannesburg to Namibia and only on the Airport were we informed that a return ticket is compulsory. Why did you allow a one-way booking? The information on your website should be complete and not allow a one-way ticket if a return ticket is compulsory
