Wrong claim!

I recently had my phone replaced and it was was lost not broken and I just got a voice mail saying I have to send a old one in or they are gonna shut this one off.! I dont have a old one to send in ! I didnt mean to choose broken when I filed the claim, and it wouldnt let me change it to lost!
