I bought the Medizone spa via a consultant by the name of Kitso Maleke. I received the machine during the load shedding period, he tried to show me how it works. He promised to come back when the lights are on which never happened. After I helped myself to use the machine from what he showed me the machine only worked for three weeks. I contacted Kitso via e-mail for assistance, he never responded until I called. He then promised to come through to my house to take the broken mat and replace it. I then met him while in suspense and still made promises to come which never happened. I now would like to return the whole thing and claim my money back as I am paying a fortune for something I cannot use.
