Misleading customers, poor service
I placed two orders in the online store because the goods were marked with delivery the next day. Needless to say, several days have passed and I have not received anything. Also, no one calls or sends me emails or sms to warn me that there will be a delay. But they don't care, because when you call and ask, you just answer - wait. Unfortunately. I wouldn't have bought anything at all if I knew I wouldn't be delivered the next day. Just a shameless lie.
