I really unhappy with the lukewarm response for support and after sales service. I bought 2 invertor ACs on 29th Aug 2020. Last month March 1st Week booked the preventive maintenance call. After so many remainder, your support engineer came and attended. Serviced one AC and found out 2nd AC outlet tube having damage. He told that he will order the parts and will come back in three days. Till now he is not responding. So I booked the another call on 4th April. Again another Engineer called and he told that he will come and see the AC. So far not coming. So AC is ideal for last 40 days because if switch on the AC, getting water leakage. I promise to never buy LG again and I recommend everyone to avoid this company at ALL cost!!
