I could not have been treated worse. By the time I left this place, I had been degraded by two people at the counter and a supervisor who took me to his office, laughed at and mocked me. I had already paid over $700 for one month due to a leak underground. Then had to pay another $600 the following month because TW failed to fix it and blamed it on me. Later they promised to fix the leak and the bill but failed to do either. When I refused to pay until they did, they just shut my water off, in the middle of a BBQ we were having in our back yard (open pit pig roast). When we went to turn on hose to extinguish the pit, no water. I went to front and saw the "LOCK" zip tie on the meter and cut it, put the water on, put out fire pit and then went to pay the $200 bill. When I told them I cut the zip tie myself and no need to send someone out, the hit me with a misdemeanor fine of $250. This is when the mocking and taunting came into play. Just sit outside any of the TW offices and you'll hear the yelling, shrieking and crying. No wonder they had to remodel to install customer proof glass. It must have gotten bad. I've never run into a place with a culture of meanness and people who actually derive pleasure from treating others like *** I cannot think of one good thing to say. Customer service is bad, water tastes and smells horribly and is so full of deposits it ruins everything it touches. Additionally, my kid's pediatrician tells me Tucson's water is testing with HIGH LEAD all over town. Good Job TW! You're batting zero!
