They scammed my elderly Mother (who had dementia, so really theres not a valid contract, even if I could find one!) Bills never decreased, equipment is often faulty, techs out multiple times to correct system, took forever to get approved to start up at the beginning, non-existent customer service (literally hours on the phone, emailing, etc to no avail.)
