WORST HARLEY SERVICE EVER

We bought a brand new V-Rod from the San Jacinto Harley location about a year ago. We have also added the chrome grips & pedals. This location is very slow in their service dept. We recently dropped it off to have the 2nd seat put on, yearly maintenance,and to fix a problem with the fuel gauge. We were told they would need the bike 2 days. It has now been a week & 3 days and it supposedly still isnt ready. They have given us an excuse every single day as to why we can't pick it up. We spoke with the service manager (Mark) who could care less about aby complaints and we spoke to the manager of that location which did no good either. When you buy a Harley and pay premium prices you expect good customer service. DO NOT GO TO THE SAN JACINTO HARLER LOCATION BECASUE YOU WILL NOT GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
