WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BANK EVER
This bank should be under investigation by the feds. Absolutely no customer service-dumb and dumber. I had a fraudulent purchase on my account that was investigated and ruled in my favor so the purchase was supposed to be credited to my account. Those *** put the purchase back on my account and when I called about it they said it was due to a glitch in the system and would be taken care of. So what do these idiots do? they put it through as a purchase again and when I called LOL customer support they didn't know what I was talking about. So now my account is about $200.00 above what is should be so talk about fraud!! The bank itself has made fraudulent purchases on my account which is a first for me. Hope the consumer protection board can get me some help as I might as well be dealing (fill in your own words)
