Worst experience ever ordering flowers.

I ordered the Guiding Light Bouquet Premium for Grandma's Funeral. I ended up receiving a brown basket overstuffed with white flowers some greens &; an Angel that looked like it belonged in a basket for a child's Christening. They told me delivery could be in the am. I started tracking down my flowers at 11am. By 1:15 finally heard from them driver can't find address. Had them taken to Funeral Home instead. Very disappointed. They never called to address my concerns I had to call my bank and file a claim against them. User's recommendation: Do Not order from this company.
