Can’t reach coustomer service

Quad pay can’t get card information changed this is hard to do with out getting pissed I see why you need the actdirect phone number

Defective products

I have owned 5 pairs of tevas and they all did the same thing. The soles separated in half and had to be glued back together which only lasted a short time.Their products are bad and I do not know why I wasted my money on Poor them other than hoping the next pair would be better.... Read more➤

Soles fell apart

Bottom part of soles separated from top part. Back in the day these shoes would wear thru before delaminating. Now after only a few wears, the shoes just fall apart. Sole separates from rest of sandal

The soles have separated from the rest of the sandal with the last 2 pairs of Teva sandals I have had despite lack of excessive use. Previously Teva sandals were durable and long lasting. That no longer seems to be the case.
