Ordered directly from waterpik. It has been 11days since I placed order and still have not received it. Warning all future customers do not order from waterpik direct. They use FED Ex sure post which is the slowest delivery service of any out their. USPS would have package in 5days first class mail. Tracking package and the date keeps getting pushed out 1 day at a time. Based on this experience waterpik is not consumer friendly and has the worst service I have ever gotten from a company. Based on this service from FED Ex consumers should send a message to FED EX and not purchase from on-line merchant that uses them.
