I have been scheduled the delivery of my parcel 5 days ago before that date. When the day comes, someone called me that they will delivery it between "these time" but unfortunately no one showed up. I have to call them and followed up and they said it will delivery same day but late. Ok then I waited for nothing. I called the next morning but was surprised to hear that they had to schedule it on the other date!!! I have to give this parcel to a friend who has to go in our home country and I couldn't give it. Worst customer service, worst courier service!
