I have bene dealing with an issue for 7 weeks now with ring central. Patient care coming in asking us why we are not calling them back after they leave voice mails for us The problem is we are not receiving these emails. I have provided ring central with phone numbers and days/times people are telling us they have called and nothing has been resolved. Ive spent over 15 hours on hold with them and each time i call I keep getting asked the same question. Ive also been told 3 times my case has been escalated to the highest level only to be told the next time i call we will escalate it when I thought it had already been done 3 times. They also claim they will call back with in a certain time frame and more than once I've not received a call back. They won't fix the problem and they won't let me speak to anyone who has the authority to cancel my account. I think after 7 weeks I am in my right to cancel a terrible service that is costing me thousands of dollars in revenue loss and my time.
