Worst customer service reps ever

I called to end service at one residence and begin service at a new residence in the same city. The first time I called, I was transferred three times and then hung up on. The phone service was horrible and I could barely hear the reps, all of whom sounded as if I had woken them from a nap and they couldn't care less about their job and the customer. When I called back, the rep was almost unintelligible and I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. I finally made her understand what I needed and carefully wrote down everything she said for my records. I called the next day to confirm start of service and the rep had no clue - again bored and unintelligible. She gave me information completely opposite from what the rep from the previous day had given me. I like Dominion Energy's price but their customer service is the worst!
