Worst customer service I’ve ever had

My account has been locked for over 6 months. All my money in the world is in that account. I've sent the documents they supposedly need 4 times and I've lost track of how many times I've called. The last time I spoke to a supervisor was this morning. He talked down to me and was so rude I had to hang up. He told me the same thing 90% of all the other representatives told me wait 2-3 business days then call back. I have $4000 in my account. I worked hard for that money and need it to live. Im not sure what I'm going to do if they won't unlock my account Im not sure what I will do. User's recommendation: Never use them they are thieves.
