Update by user Nov 27, 2016 I just want to add that even though the woman who was running the register was extremely rude to me, there was a young women on staff who was actually very kind and helpful. Original review posted by user Nov 27, 2016 Just got back from an estate sale from Salesbyhelen. I was so pissed off the entire ride home. They offer zero customer service. They had me bagging and packing my fragile items with no space to do so. My items were falling, and almost broke. They still did not assist me. I had to have my elderly mother help me to wrap my expensive purchases while disgruntled customers were murmuring behind me because I was in their way. When I did ask the salesbyhelen staff for anything, I was met with indignation and indifference. I hope to never do business with those people again. Terrible experience overall.
