i purchased brand new a JW Town home 3 years ago in Chamblee for a purchase price of $525k right from the moment we moved in we had multiple issue with this home.....our entire main floor roof had to be gutted because of on-going plumbing issues.....our hardwood floors had to be removed in front of every entrance way of our home due to water getting below the hardwoods.....and one thing in particular really chaps my *** is the pocket door that leads from the master bedroom to the bathroom....JW has fixed this door twice already and it continues to get stuck....i emailed JW for a service call and they stated it was well passed the 1 year warranty ....i said "i agree it is past the 1 year warranty but the door was never fixed properly the first 2 times".....2 more emails i sent went to deaf ears. DO NOT PURCHASE A PROPERTY FROM JW/Pultie homes!!!....there customer service is horrible and there product is substandard. Drake Van
