Initially got service, then it disappeared

We were referred to My Phone Support from Microsoft tech support, we thought they were Microsoft, but they are not. Had good support at first, but now can’t get through to them and they won’t call back. Absolutely terrible (i.e., non-existent) customer service. Don’t give them your money!
