Worst Customer Experience

My name is John Franquiz. Back on July of 2021, I had return the equipment to Ditectv. There was an over charges on my billing. This was an employee account, paying only $10 a month. When I had called in December and spoken to a Manager I was advised all the fees where going to be waived abd my account is in good standing. When I went to the AT&T store to purchase something I couldn't because someone dropped the ball and notated the account but never took the fees out and sent me to collections. I attemted to call Directv several times and they continued to give me the run around anf transferring me to different depts and the last time I was supposed to get a call from a Manager. Never received a call. I need Directv to fix this and make this right. I need for them to call me asap at (352) 480-6188.
