I bought a 500 gallon tank with full warranty and 2650 gall prebuy 2.5 years ago. It has been an absolute nightmare to get my tank filled every time. Horrible service. Call over and over repeatedly before you get any help. Then have to wait at least a month, as long as two months to get filled. Ive been trying to get my tank filled again since april. They still owe me over 1300 gallons. Now they say they arent servicing my area anymore and another company is handling the prebuy contracts. Said company claims Thrifty hasnt given them my information yet so i cant get my propane until that happens. Dealing with their terrible service now. It is september! The past two winters ive called at over 30 percent and ran out for a week or so before they get me filled.
