I usually never take the time to leave a review, but I need to aware other businesses owners like me that this company is the worst company that you can even hire to do your payroll. They were charging me $50.00 extra in my weekly invoice for doing the fast dd. (I never ask for the fast dd service) I decided to cancel my service with them in Feb. Now I just got a letter from the TWC department that they never filed my last quarterly report oct-dece from last year!!!! And in the invoice they CHARGED ME for it. I have called them, email them, and now they don't answer me. I just filed the TWC report my self and I had to pay the $65 penalty fee from my pocket. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! User's recommendation: Never use this company.
