So i recently purchased from this company, mongolian virgin remy curly 24/18/14. I did not receive not one thing i order. The hair was not virgin, can tell it has been dyed, it is brittle and i was and deep conditioned it twice and now the curls are not what they were when first received. I got 16/18/20 when i paid for the 24in. This company is a complete fraud and i do not want anyone else to be scammed by this company so i did a lil investigating. I took the hair to a company who specializes in human hair and discovered that the hair was not virgin and been processed many times. After discovering this, oh by the way it took 2 weeks to get to my house, i decided to contact the owner once consulting my attorney and realized i had a good case, and informed her of my decision. She keeps trying to say that the hair is virgin and to have her attorney contact mine but how? she has yet to give me her attorneys info, there is no info to find who owns the company, no number nothing. My lawyer has now been building my case with no one to serve because she refuses to give up info. I will find this company and for all those reading, dont buy here. this company is fraud and just wants to take your money. Absolutely the worse company ever. dont believe me? go onto their website look at the reviews, then try and post one yourself, impossible lol. this company reeks of a scam, dont let it happen to you.
