Worse than Walmart!

I didn't think this store could get any lower in customer service, ie: no greeting, no smiles, no one available to help you find something. I get it, they are minimum wage, they don't care if they get fired. I really didn't think a store could get worse than Walmart but congratulations this store of yours did. All human lines were 5+ deep, I went to self check out 3 of the 4 kiosks were blinking I tried mine and it quit. The girl in charge of taking care of this got a cell call and went outside to take it! I went back to wait into the incredibly understaffed check outs and expressed my distain with the customer service and "Dakota" said we are understaffed and nothing they could do and began to argue with me. I gave suggestions of the many, many ways you could improve. Harris Teeter and Publix subscribe to a different customer service and management style apparently, if this happened at one of there stores I would be treated like a King! You all could give a shiit! No wonder your stores are failing! Get better customer service and management or you will be the next Winn Dixie/Piggly Wiggly! Can't wait to drive by your store without having to stop because of convenience!
