Placed an order 25 days back for rakhi for my brother in USA. 1 week back i got a message it has been delivered but my brother said it hasnt been delivered. Since then i have called and tried getting info from them thousands of times with a new lies every time: 1. Its a system error sorry, it will be delivered 2. No it has been delivered provide us with the address proof like drivers licence of your brother 3. Here is the USPS link of your order - which showed the parcel hasnt reached USPS Florida by the way 4. There is some issue with international order, it will reach by Monday 5. Going back to - it has been delivered 6. Sorry but it will be delivered tomorrow however their USPS link still showed parcel hasent reached them 7. I asked for refund to which it again changed to - it has been delivered Order No [protected]
