Once you pay for your flight, kiss your money good bye. cancelation or changes policy due in 24 hrs, but you will never contact no one for at least 3 days after. choices you got are not negotiable and is either take it or leave it. No customer service at all. you will pay more then just booking a new flight in a different airline. It happen to me, was cheaper to flight back on AA than to pay for a day change. DONT . User's recommendation: Kiss your money good bye. Don't do it.
