Worse ever manager

my daughter slid out in the rain, and i did a lot of suspension work on her car, last thing i had to do was get two new tires and a alignment, well i went to sears granite run mall, i got the 6 month alignment package and two new tires, they called me and said it was finished, when i got to the store they said i put a arm on backwards, two bolts it would of taken them 2 minutes to fix my mistake,unstead i brought the car home jacked it up and fixed it on the floor, took me 5 minutes, the following day i went back to get re aligned and he charged me another 81.00 to re align because i did work on it, i did nothing but turn the one arm around!!! BAD BAD business!! So i guess the next step to get refunded is to speak with the manager hopefully he will help me!! I go to sear all the time and never was i ever treated in such away!! Its always been satisfaction guaranteed or your money back!!
