IKEA delivery confirmed 6 times by text. Day of delivery TForce texts "Cannot deliver" due to customer not answering calls. NO CALLS at all. Two weeks of calls between IKEA and Tforce... rescheduling deliveries. Second delivery tomorrow (supposedly) and not a peep from TForce. Waste of time. TForce customer service is a call center in India (Always) Half the time their phne numbers are not operational. User's recommendation: Drive to IKEA, no matter where, to pick up yourself.
