I have a Blendtec blender under warranty. The switch has short and sparks every time the blender is turned on (after 8 months of daily use). I use the web form to make a warranty claim received an acknowledgement saying they would respond shortly.....5 weeks and no additional communication. I have called customer service 5 times during short service hours. I ONLY ever get on a hold queue and after more than 15 minutes every time, never speak to a rep. I have also left my number for a callback as offered and have never received a call back. I have tried to call every number above all with the same result. I am questioning if Blendtec even has customer service. It is completely unresponsive via any and all channels. User's recommendation: Stay far far away, I had a Blendtec that lasted 10 years and was great. Replacement broke within vastly shorter 1 year warranty. Good company gone bad.
