I ordered a replacement top and never received it. They do not respond to my emails.They say they care but it is obvious they do not and lie. User’s recommendation: they do not “Care”
Hello- I have a residential blender and it started not blending, sounds like blade isn’t turning perhaps. Motor sounds fine. Intermittent problem for awhile and now won’t blend at all. Been trying to call blend Rev. For over 3 weeks Recording all day says call during work hours This happened for a week Then finally when you get through recording says you are #9 in que 10 minutes of hold recording says you are #39 This happens repeatedly Such and expensive blender no customer service !!!
