Worked perfectly for me! I applied I got my confirmation email that they were sending my stuff they sent my stuff I printed it out on my computer I have copies I just called them to get some more information almost I dont know what to say 5 months later and they answered the phone just fine behavioral health network was who I called it was the phone number on the bottom of the form from the doctor that sent me my verification number so it worked and I dont have a problem with it and when I called them they answer the phone right away so I dont know what all these people are talking about
