This is a bunch of incompetent people I have ever dealt with in my life. After prequalifying me for a mortgage, I was told to go find my home. After going through the process of searching for a home and making an offer and getting an acceptance and putting down a $10k deposit, they come back at me and say I dont have enough it reserves for 6 months of mortgage payments. After going through working that out which was horendous, I'm told that the condo association where I want to buy doesn't have enough money in their accounts to satisfy Mr Cooper. The sad fact was that they did. Take it from me it's not worth it. My agent and the sellers agent both said that they have never seen such an incompetent company. I 'm also not a racist when I say this but through the whole process I had to deal with a loan originator that spoke broken English. The majority of the time we had to exchange emails because I couldnt understand her. Seriously go with another company. I wish I saw This site before I applied.
