Excellent. Steve in customer service was able to assist me and resolve our warranty question. Thumbs up. I called and left a voice message as well as sending an email totally expecting no response since I read the "pissed comsumer" email. I called back to inquire and Steve was very appologetic for not getting back to me sooner (it was only 24 hours) but he understood the problem and made me whole. He sent the replacement parts to my home address, no cost to me. These cabinets are 18 years old and they never even argued about covering my claim.
