Workmanship not up to standards

discovered that duct work in the attic was not connected and needed additional work. Cannot contact because there is not a working telephone number. not use a company User’s recommendation: Do not use a company that outsources their contract business.

Appointment no shows

I made an appointment three different times with Heat Depot and they did not show three times in a row with no phone call. All they do is make excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Shady service techs and extreme price markup

You have to watch out for this company! I will admit upfront the install techs do decent work however, when it comes to getting anything serviced you need to know that they extremely markup prices.
