I have been trying to get this credit since Feb '21. The wrong item was shipped in Jan'21. I returned it, because it was the wrong size. Now, Liberator won't give me the credit, I have called them 3 times. Each time I call, I get a person that tells me basically that they can't help me. They can't even send an email to their Billing Office. Really? Then other times, their telephone numbers just disconnect. User's recommendation: Find another supplier.
