Won’t refund my money

They keep telling me my impressions failed and I have ordered before a few years ago and after second try I was able to get impressions made. Now they wont refund my money so I have wasted all that money with no impressions made. This is a rip off. I dont have money to throw away. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your time or money.
