After speaking the refuse to refund me unless I pay for the return myself. There policy is 180 days return on bad quality. They owe me £68.84???? All items in the picture below are faulty. Battery engineount and pinion as they have been over tightened in the factory and broken and the motor is faulty. I have complied but they are not interested
